MISSION STATEMENT:
To maintain and keep high the standards of our Father's House.
MINISTRY OBJECTIVES:
To ensure that the House of the Lord is well maintained at all times. Cleanliness is next to Godliness!
WHO WE ARE
This is a team under Gospel Outreach Fellowship which was formed recently as one of the ministries of the church. It is a team that is embarking on a wonderful project of maintaining and keeping high the standards of God's House. People think ministry is only preaching, ushering, singing, counseling etc., but forget that even looking after the church is ministry.
This team is basing its direction from a wonderful portion of scripture Haggai 1:2-10. It is every believer's responsibility to make sure God's House is kept clean and looking good at all times throughout the year. It should also be every person's urge to live in a clean environment. God is challenging us in his word by saying, we take good care of our homes while his house remains in ruin, but that should not be the case. We have got to work together as children of God and make sure we come up with ideas that will make sure we are proud of our Father's House.
So the maintenance team poses a question and challenge to say: Who shall maintain the house of the Lord? You as a member of Gospel Outreach Fellowship are in a very good position to answer that question. The answer you give will either drive you or keep you from being part of what the believers are doing - making the house of God look immaculate.
