Dear GO Centre family

Last Sunday we were able to rejoice meeting some more members of our GO Centre family during our service after getting certified to meet at GO Centre. This was a wonderful experience after a prolonged time of separation due to the Covid19 pandemic. The ‘Carpark fellowship’ after service was quite extensive.

I can assure you that we have taken all the required precautions to make everyone as safe as possible.

This weekend we celebrate Pentecost. It may not be very prominent on our national calendar, but it is very prominent as a milestone in God’s plan as it marks the foundation of the family of God – the Church. Jesus Christ fulfilled His promise on that day to have the Holy Spirit come to the believers in line with His promise:

“And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counsellor to be with you forever— the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.” – John 14:16-18

I will be delighted to welcome you to our Service tomorrow.

Should you be unable to make it for any reason, I wish you a blessed Pentecost 2020. In this case, join us on TV or on Facebook or YouTube. Distance cannot separate the people of God from each other.

With the knowledge that the Holy Spirit is at our side, we wish you strength and encouragement for the new week.

Pastor and Mrs Reutter
